Our story
Established in 1996 to deliver building and electrical, end to end.
Multi Power Builders Pte Ltd was incorporated in Singapore in 1996 as a BCA-registered SME contractor specialising in integrated building construction and electrical installation. Over 29+ years we've taken ownership of every detail, from first survey to final handover.
Today we work across commercial waterproofing and structural repairs, high and low voltage electrical systems, fiber optic installations, ELV systems (CCTV, access control, BMS) and laboratory fit-outs with specialised MEP requirements. Combining building and electrical works in one team removes coordination gaps and shortens timelines.
With more than 500 completed projects and BCA registration, we're a trusted partner to developers, facilities teams, architects and consultants across Singapore.
